Lot of people are puzzled by what we do, even people in aviation. With maintenance engineers and mechanics and generally MRO professionals it is easy – they understand good what is ground support equipment tool.

Sometimes even people who operate aircraft like pilots are puzzled. “You make tools for civil aircraft?”, “Civil aircraft need tools?”, “Is it like a bunch of screwdrivers?”, “How much is the cost of the set of all tools for one aircraft?” – we hear this a lot.

For example this hoist equipment, which is a tool in it self, is a set of mechanical devices designed to safely remove the MLG. As seen on photos it can take even 10 people to operate this equipment and remove the MLG without damage.
